Verto flywheel balancing in Aberdeenshire
Napisane: 25 kwi 2018, o 09:40
Hello,
I've done about 600 odd miles in my Clubman since getting her back on the road and on the whole she's run lovely. One or two little issues but nothing of any great stress. One thing I feel I'm going to have to sort over the winter though is a feeling of excess vibration. this could be just the way it is but I feel it can be made better. The most obvious place to start is the verto clutch set up, I fitted the old flywheel and pressure plate with a new clutch plate so I don't know how much out it was in the first place. I'm going to ask the local engineering shop if they would be able to balance it but failing that is there anywhere up in the north east that can do it? Probably my best bet is to buy a new lightened flywheel and pressure wheel from minispares? Any thoughts or experience on this chaps?
Please help.
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
