Car Wheel motion blur issue

Hello,

I'm having a problem with motion blur on a car tire moving about 45mph.I have tested many different settings in Camera tag, Octane tags, time sampling frames etc.When in have very simple geometry, the car tire spins and blurs smoothly.When I turn off motion blur the complex geometry spins smoothly.When I have complex geometry with motion blur the tire appears to bounce randomly.I've been at this for 2 days with no real luck, so hopefully someone here can help me solve this.3.05.3 and also tried 3.06.

Please help.
