Odrodzona marka buduje swoją fabrykę Legendarna niemiecka marka produkuje obecnie w Chinach, jednak w planach ma budowę swojej drugiej fabryki, ale tym razem w Niemczech. Lokalizację wybrano w okolicach Bremy, gdzie wcześniej były produkowane samochody marki Borgward...Dokładna lokalizacja nie została jeszcze podana ale rozpoczęcie produkcji planowane jest w 2018 roku.
Początkowo samochody będą montowane w systemie SKD z elementów dostarczonych z Chin - planowana produkcja to 10 tysięcy samochodów rocznie.

Ujawniono, że pierwszy modelem jaki zjedzie z linii produkcyjnej będzie SUV Borgward BX7 z napędem elektrycznym, a to dzięki pomocy Bosch i LG.
